Lumberton PD seeking information about recent robberies

The Lumberton Police Department is asking for assistance from anyone with information about two recent robberies that took place in two different locations.

On Monday, Thursday, November 5^th, four men entered the Family Dollar on Roberts Avenue and stole an undisclosed amount of money from the store. The robbery took place about8:30 p.m.

Earlier in the week, on Monday, four men entered the Dollar General onFayetteville Roadabout8 p.m.and robbed customers of money, a cell phone and a purse.

Anyone with information about these two robberies is asked to call Detective Lee Hinson at the Lumberton Police Department at 910-671-3845.
